    • AI features on the Claude API: LLM insight pipelines, prioritized outreach lists, classification, conversational assistants. Watched for cost and reliability, not demos.
    • Privacy where it matters: anonymity-enforced data models, role-based access, k-anonymity thresholds on people-data.
    • Stack: Next.js App Router, Prisma/Supabase, Vercel. Strict typing, passing builds, tests on every change.
    • Wire third-party systems into one coherent tool: GA4, Google Sheets, CRMs, Slack DMs/modals/workflows.
